Refund and Cancellation Policy – The Dream Lake Como

This Refund and Cancellation Policy outlines the terms and conditions applicable to all tours and experiences offered by The Dream Lake Como, ensuring transparency and a high-quality service for our guests.

Delays

In the event of a delay caused by the guest, the lost time will be deducted from the total duration of the booked tour, with no possibility of extension.
For shared tours, any delay will result in the loss of the right to participate in the tour, with no refund, in order to respect the schedule and experience of other participants.

Cancellations and Refunds

• Cancellations made at least 48 hours prior to the scheduled departure time are eligible for a 100% refund.

• Cancellations made less than 48 hours before departure, as well as no-shows, are non-refundable.

Adverse Weather Conditions

In the case of adverse weather or unfavorable sea and lake conditions, The Dream Lake Como will assess whether the tour can be safely carried out.
If the tour cannot take place, one of the following solutions will be agreed upon with the guest:

• Full refund of the booking amount

• Rescheduling of the tour to an alternative date, subject to availability

All decisions will be made in agreement with the guest, prioritizing safety, comfort, and the overall tour experience.
